Hiroshima is our new home, and what an amazing place it is! While the city is best known for the 1945 atomic bomb, it has so much more to offer. From breathtaking parks to a vibrant culture, Hiroshima is full of life and adventure. We can't wait to explore everything this beautiful city has to offer!

This beautiful island is located in the Hiroshima Perfection, and during our visit to Miyajima, we thoroughly enjoyed the magnificent torii gate and the friendly deer that roam freely. The iconic gate, which seems to float above the water during high tide, was a breathtaking sight. The deer, curious and playful, were a delightful addition to our experience. Our visit to this island was an unforgettable experience, combining natural beauty and cultural significance.

Sapporo, Hokkaido's largest city, is incredibly diverse. It's a large city that doesn't feel that way because of its many parks and low-rise buildings. The city is famous for its local beer, its beer garden (which in Japanese also means BBQ), milk (which they love to make into ice cream), Royce chocolate, and, of course, Ramen Street.

Since this is located in the far north of Japan, it has a completely different climate. Pleasant in summer and very cold in winter, with the world's most famous ski resorts just around the corner.

During our adventure in Noboribetsu, we dove headfirst into the impressive Hell Valley (Okudani)—and yes, the name is quite something! This nature reserve is like a volcanic amusement park, with steaming springs and colorful minerals that look like they've stepped straight out of a painting. As we strolled along the paths, we enjoyed the fresh air and wondered if we'd accidentally stumbled into a geology sitcom. Hell Valley is not only a feast for the eyes, but also a great place to learn more about nature, without needing a degree!

Hirafu, Hokkaido's most famous ski resort, not only offers fantastic winter sports but is also a beautiful summer destination. During our visit in the warmer months, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and lush nature. The fresh air and serene setting made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Besides enjoying the views, there was also the opportunity to explore the slopes on a mountain bike.

Lake Toya is a beautiful destination with its crystal-clear blue water and impressive mountainous surroundings. This serene location not only offers breathtaking views but is also known for its relaxing onsen, where visitors can soak in the healing hot springs. It's an ideal spot for both adventure and tranquility.
